Group C:antisterone with angiotensin II and calcium ion antagonist (20mg/d)

Group D:antisterone with angiotensin II and calcium ion antagonist

30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient should be diagnosed according to the standard of Chinese Hypertention Prevetion and Treatment; diagnosis of adrenocorticohyperplasia by CT; blood potassium concentration lower or as normal; plasma aldosterone/renin rate lower than 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertention, diabetes, thyroid diseases, kindney diseases, drunk, history of using contraceptive drugs.
