Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. biopsy-proven IgA nephropathy; 2. proteinuria (protein, 1.5 to 3 g/d); 3. eGFR>30ml/min/1.75m2; 4. Age 18-70 years; 5 Hypertention or untreated blood pressure >130/80mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary IgA nephropathy; 2. Pathology-proven crecsentic glomerulonephritis.
