Interventions

Group A:integrated cognitive training, twice a week for 3 months, each session lasted 60 minutes.
Group B:integrated cognitive training, twice a week for 3 months, each session lasted 60 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 75 years old; 2. independent living; 3. educational level >=1years; 4. eligibility score of MMSE is higher than 19.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. certain cancers, or current chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer; 2. have difficulty in communication and moving; 3. have certain severe mental disease, such as major depression disorder and schizophrenia.
