40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years old, male or female; 2. Condition stabilized for 2-60 days after cerebral hemorrhage or infarction; 3. Watian drinking water test > Grade 3, with no dysphagia before the onset; 4. With no significant risk of aspiration; 5. Without misunderstanding affected by obvious intellectual disability or sensory aphasia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients did not meet the WHO standard for cerebral infarction or stroke diagnosis; 2. Course of disease >180 days; 3. Dysphagia caused by primary nervous system disorder or other disease including: amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, poliomyelitis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, mental disorder, myasthenia gravis, polymyositis, muscular atrophy, esophageal disorder, local laryngopharyngeal lesions; 4. Patients fail to maintain the posture and conform to the examination and therapy with such diseases as unconsciousness, dementia suggested by MMSE scores, complication of sensory aphasia or mental disorder; 5. Complicated with severe primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoiesis, including arrhythmia, serum ALT > 2 times of upper limit Scr>150umol/L; 6. Complicated with severe organ failure or critical condition or cancer; 7. Poor compliance and follow-up; 8. With infection on the acupoint of neck; 9. With ulcer and bleeding tendency.
