A:Basic treatment (rest, less excercises, diet control, 10% glucose 500 ml + 10% KCl 15 ml + insulin 8 U, inosine 400 mg, intravenous use once a day for 2 weeks) + Western durgs (Vitamin C 0.2 po. tid
B:Basic treatment (rest, less excercises, diet control, 10% glucose 500 ml + 10% KCl 15 ml + insulin 8 U, inosine 400 mg, intravenous use once a day for 2 weeks) + TCM therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of viral infection, such as influenza, acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis and diarrhea; 2. Positive anti-Coxsackievirus antibody; or decreased white blood cell and neutrophil counts with negative anti-Coxsackievirus antibody; 3. With Symptoms after the viral infections, such as palpitation, chest distress, chest pain, short of breath and fatigue; 4. ECG or dynamic ECG shows ischemic change, arrhythmia, abnormal Q wave; or ultrasonic cardiogram shows the enlargement of heart and heart failure; 5. CK-MB or cInI / cTnT > 2 times of the normal ranges; 6. The duration of the disease < 3 months; 7. Meet the criteria of syptoms differentiation of TCM; 8. Aged between 14 and 40; 9. Informed contents obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications, such as severe arrhythmia and heart failure; 2. CK-MB or cInI / cTnT > 10 times of the normal ranges; 3. With similar symptoms caused by cardiac Neurosis, beta receptor anaphylactia syndrome and dilated cardiomyopathy; 4. Combined with other severe diseases; 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding females; 6. With psychotic disorders; 7. Allergic constitution; 8. Patients that take part in other drugs trials.
