Group A:Reconstruct common carotid artery using great saphenous vein or artificial blood vessel
Group B:Not reconstruct the common carotid artery

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Localized fixed metastasis lymph nodes or primary neck tumor with clear margin. Primary tumor (Untreated/Treated/Recurrent) can be surgically removed; 2. Main carotid artery involvement is indicated in CT or MRI. No cervical spine invasion; 3. No distant metastasis; 4. Patient can tolerate general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient and gradient who are unconfident about the surgery; 2. Patients who have serious disease and cannot tolerate surgical procedure.
