Group A:Sham needling of the right HT7 acupoint. The needles will be the same with as for the true needling group. The stimulation here is the touching of the skin by the tip of the needle.

Inclusion criteria: Healthy people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to determine the efficacy because of failure to provide planned treatment; 2. dementia; 3. pregnant women.
