Interventions
Hand acupuncture group:Acupuncture points: Baihui, Yitang, Fengfu, Fengchi(bilateral), Dazhui, Neiguan(bilateral), Sanyinjiao(bilateral).
Electro acupuncture group:Acupuncture points: Baihui, Yitang, Fengfu, Fengchi(bilateral), Dazhui, Neiguan(bilateral), Sanyinjiao(bilateral).
Comparing drug group:We use paroxetine HCl (comparing drug) as the base therapy. The dosage is 10mg/d at the beginning two days, and 20mg/d from two days to the end

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. according with the ICD-10 depressive episode' diagnosis standards, except Bipolar affective disorder depression; 2. the psychological test about HAMD-17 score is greater than or equal to; 3. male or female , the age of 18 to 60 years old; 4. Subject knows the informed consent, and signs voluntarily his name on the informed paper.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. people who had joined other clinical examination four weeks ago this research beginning; 2. We exclude people who are taking antidepressants or the pharmacologic actions of antidepressant drug exist in human body; 3. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women; 4. We exclude those people having other serious diseases that need treatment; 5. People who catch brain disease; 6. People who have suicidal plan or behavior.
