Interventions

Group A:resection of tumour and perform the lymph clean down operation at the liver anus.
Group B:resection of tumour and do not perform the lymph clean down operation at the liver anus.

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. be aged between 18~70 year; 2. be confirmed by pathology as the liver cell carcinoma; 3. to be able to resection the whole tumour; 4. no metastasis tumour in other organs; 5. there is any enlarged lymph nuts at the liver anus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bile duct cancer and mixed liver cancer; 2. pregnancy woman; 3. patients with sever complicates (infections, liver failure) post-operation; 4. secondary operation in early stage of post-operation; 5. the liver transplantation patients.
