Group B:Oral administration F1 Uoxetine
of the 48 patients, 6 patients received the PET test before and after the treatment.
Group A:Receive head acupuncture treatment. Acupoints: MS5, MS1 and MS2. Of the 50 patients, 12 received the PET test before and after the treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the "International Classification of Diseases and diagnostic criteria" in the diagnostic criteria for depression, except bipolar depression; 2. The score of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) more than 17; 3. Open gender, age above 18 years of age, below 60 years of age; 4. Subjects were informed, with voluntary informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No other clinical test in last four weeks; 2. Having antidepressants or pharmacological effects of antidepressants do not have elution period; 3. Pregnant women and breast-feeding women; 4. Having diseases of other system which need treatment; 5. Having brain disease; 6. Having suicidal plans or actions.
