Interventions

Group B:Use "NP" therapy, NVB 25mg/m2 d1, d8
DDP 80mg/m2 d1. Use common therapy of Antiemetic, protection of gastric mucosa, hydration ect. while chemotherapy.
Group A:Use "NP" therapy, NVB 25mg/m2 d1, d8
DDP 80mg/m2 d1. Use common therapy of Antiemetic, protection of gastric mucosa, hydration ect. while chemotherapy, and intravenous drip 9-AF 500ml/d day 1 to day 8 20:00 pm during chemotherapy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathology prooved NSCLC patients, chemotherapy for the first time, >=60 years old; no intracranial metastasis; liver and kidney function and blood were normal; no operation; clinical stage was III-IV; KPS>=60 scores; expected survival>3 months; informed consent signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental illness and intellectual hypoplasia; or with acute infection and central nervous system transferred; or BC<3.5*10^9/L, PLT<80*10^9/L, Hb<6g/L; or coagulation mechanisms obstacles; or received immunosuppressant therapy in three months.
