16 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly histological confirmed non-keratinizing or undifferentiated carcinoma (WHO histologically type); 2. Tumor staged as any T N2-3 M0 or T3-4 N0-1 M0 (according to 6th AJCC/UICC staging system); 3. No distant metastasis; 4. KPS >= 70; 5. Male or female patients aged 18-70 years; 6. The main organs function well: (1) Blood routine examination (WBC >= 4 x 10^9/L, HGB >= 80g/L and PLT >= 100 x 10^9/L); (2) Biochemical examination: AST/ALT <= 1.5ULN; CREAT < 100umol/L; 7. Signed the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Keratinizing carcinoma or adenocarcinoma (WHO criteria); 2. Distant metastasis; 3. Moderate and Severe Anemia; 4. Serious disease(renal disease/liver disease et.), Acute-infected patients; 5. Previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 6. Previous immunotherapy ( <= 8 week); 7. Those who not eligible for inclusion decided by trialist.
