Schizophrenia

Interventions

occupational and recreational treatment group:The subjects received common occupational and recreational treatment under therapist's instruction, including operative music therapy, dance therapy, etc.
CCRT treatment group:The subjects will receive systematic cognitive rehabilitative correction tasks provided by CCRT, 45 minutes per time, 4-5 times weekly for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to be diagnised according to the Diagnise Standard for Schizophrenia verion IV (DSM-?); 2. The disease situation should be stable after treatment,PANSS<22; 3. To be damaged of cognition: WCST<4 or read number from memory convert order<7; 4. 20-60 yrs, educated above middle school; 5. Signed an informed consent; 6. The drug and dose should not be modified in last month and next month; 7. Resident living in Beijing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be with psychic development delayed or brain organic diseases; 2. To be seriously fading or not cooperation due to impulse, exciting; 3. To be with serious depression, anxiety and drug abuse; 4. To be with auditory sense or sight esthesia defect; 5. To be with serious body disease or drug adverse caused unable to accept CCRT; 6. Pregnancy or feeding woman.
