Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The children weighing 5-15kg with isolated atrial septal defects and/or ventricular septal defects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with (1) haemodynamic insability; (2) with coagulation abnormalities; (3) with serious pulmonary infects difficult to control before operation; (4) with serious non-pulmonary infects; (5) associated with other serious non-cardiac lesions or complications; (6) who cannot use nitric oxide gas and iloprost; (7) associated with other cardiac lesions; (8) who dies during operation.
