Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >18 years old, not smoker; 2. TC>5.7, LDL-c>3.61; 3. Volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. atherosclerosis disorders include angina, cerebrovascular ischemia; unnormal blood pressure and cardiac murmur; 2. any disorders in heart, lung, kidney, liver, blood or stomach, endocrine system; 3. fasting blood glucose > 6.99 mmol/L; 4. TC 5.65 mmol/L? 7. systolic pressure > 160 mm Hg or diastolic pressure > 100 mm Hg? 8. Reduce blood lipids drugs or blood vessel drugs were used during four weeks of the second follow-up; 9. Changing hormone therapy including oral anticoncipiens 10. Pregnancy or breed feeding woman; 11. Participate other clinical trial; 12. Abuse drugs or drinker; 13. Allergic reaction for study drug; 14. Cancers patients except skin squamous carcinoma.
