Group 2:Very early mobilization: the patients begin to move within 48 hours after onset. The patients will be encouraged to do more movement and try their best to finish active daily living by themsel
Group 1:Early mobilization: Patients begin to mobilize one week after stroke onset. Within one week of onset, no emphasize about mobilization are required.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Acute stroke patients within two days after onset (The stroke is diagnosed according to the World Health Organization criteria for acute cerebrovascular disease and all patients will have brain CT or MRI scan); 2) Subjects aged 18 to 80 years older, with hemiplegia and NIH score <=16; 3) The blood pressures of the patients should be no more than 180/100mmHg; 4) Informed consent after verbal and written information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are unable to understand the information, or who can not cooperate, are excluded. 2) No paralysis; 3) Coma, serious medical disease such as heart, liver or renal failure, that the investigator feels may compromise the patient's successful participation in the trial.
