Interventions

Group 1:The effects of tamsulosin (1nM and 10nM) the strips in response to cumulatively increasing concentrations of noradrenaline (1-1000uM) were evaluated.
Group 2:The effects of prazosin (10nM and 30nM) the strips in response to cumulatively increasing concentrations of noradrenaline (1-1000uM) were evaluated.
Group 3:The effects of terazosin (100nM and 300nM) the strips in response to cumulatively increasing concentrations of noradrenaline (1-1000uM) were also evaluated.
Group 4:The effects of naftopidilon (300nM and 1000nM) the strips in response to cumulatively increasing concentrations of noradrenaline (1-1000uM) were also evaluated.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Human seminal vesicles were obtained from patients undergoing radical cystectomy and prostatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperatively, all patients were never under therapy interfering with seminal vesicles function; 2. no tumor invasion in smooth muscle strips of seminal vesicles
