18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neck and thoracic spinal cord injury patients, ASIA score for the A-class, the patients that need the decompression surgery after clinical assessment; 2. Age 18~60y, male or female, could coordinate with PE and follow-up; 3. No serious complications in other body systems; 4. Voluntary sign up the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic compression disease with the thoracic spinal, for example, ossification of the yellow ligament, and so on; 2. Can not complete the operation within 4 weeks due to various reasons; 3. The patients with serious organic diseases or mental diseases; 4. The patients who can not coordinate with PE, can not reflect the recovery of their own limbs accurately; 5. The patients that not appropriate to this clinical trial considering as the researchers.
