Brake group:Cast immobilization for 5-8 weeks

Kinesitherapy group:Kinesitherapy for 5-8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are aged 15-60 years old without gender restrict and meet the diagnostic standard of rupture of Achilles tendon. All the patients are included from the out-patient clinic during 2001.5-2008.8 in First Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemopathy; 2. Hapartic and renal abnormality; 3. Type 2 diabetes; 4. Hormone in recent 3 months; 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 6. Psychopathy; 7. Complicated with soft tissues around the tendon; 8. Without signing the informed consent.
