Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent (or by guardian for those minors); Clinical diagnosis of AD (Hanifin and Rajka criteria); Moderate to Severe flared patients (Rajka and Langeland criteria); Between the age of 5 to 25 years; The course of disease more than 1 year, and the time of anesis less than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unmoral full blood counts and renal and hepatic founction tests; Had any other serious concomitant illness; Other severe skin disease; Who had received systematic corticosteroids, antibiotics, PUVA, or other immunosuppressive treatment within the previous 2 weeks; Pregnancy or intending to become Pregnancy, or were breastfeeding; Epilepsy; Patient included in all other studies; known hypersensitivity to the drug; Abuse of drugs.
