15 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender: both male and female; 2. Age: 15-70 years; 3. positive serum TPOAb (>300 IU/mL); 4. euthyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past medical history or currently hypothyroid; 2. Past medical history or currently hyperthyroid or subclinically hyperthyroid; 3. History of radioiodine therapy or thyroid surgery; 4. History of living in an iodine deficient area and with goiter; 5. History of immunosuppressant therapy or immunomodulatory agent within a month (such as Mannatide, interferon, glucocorticoid, cyclophosphamide, etc); 6. Obvious liver disease (ALT or AST>2.5 normal, or TBIL>1.5 normal); 7. Obvious kidney disease (Scr>1.5mg/dL or >115umol/L); 8. WBC <3*10^9/L and/or PLT<80*10^9/L and/or moderate anemia (Hb<=90g/L); 9. Obvious gastrointestinal disease, hence unsuitable for certain oral drugs; 10. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 11. Serious systemic diseases, such as heart failure (NYHA grade III/IV), severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, myocardial infarction within six months, acute stroke or with serious sequela, malignant tumor, no cognitive ability or patients unable to take care of themselves and uncooperative; 12. Drug allergies; 13. Surgery or other stressful conditions, as well as mental disorders(such as depression), drug or other items abuse (such as alcoholism).
