20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-65years and pimary organs (heart, brain and lungs) are tolerant to the syrgery; 2. Single tumor and diameter <=5cm; 3. Cirrhosis after HBV infectionand complicated with splenomegaly or hypersplenism; 4. Moderate-serious esophageal or gastric fundal varices detected by gastroscopy; 5. Liver function grade: Child-Pugh A; 6. Participants attend the trial of their own free will and sign the informed consent form before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with HCV or alcoholic cirrhosis; 2. Multiple tumors or diameter >5cm; 3. No and mild esophageal or gastric fundal varices; 4. Liver function grade: Child-Pugh B or C; 5. Non-primary liver cancer or diameter<1.0cm in postoperative pathology.
