Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: *Age more than 18 years*True diatal left main bifurcation lesion*Diameter of main vesel by visual estimate >=2.5mm*Diameter of side branch by visual estimate >=2.5mm*Lesions in main vessel and side branch could be completely covered by two stents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy < 1 years; 2. Severe diffcuse, calicified lesions; 3. Women in pregnancy; 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%; 5. Plasma platelet count <10*10^9/L; 6. Cerebrovascular events within 6 months*In-stent restenotic lesions in left main trunk; 7. Allergy to of the drugs used (aspirin, clopidogrel, ticlopidine, sirolimus).
