No minimum to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age <=75 years old; 2. lymph node short diameter <=1 cm on computed tomography (CT) scan; 3. tumor diameter <=6 cm; 4. no medical contraindications to lung resection and 5. participants were well-informed and concented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. evidence of invasion into neighboring organs; 2. extensive pleura adhesion; 3. central lesion; 4. not suitable for single-lung ventilation; 5. pathologic diagnosis is not non-small cell lung cancer; 6. had history of thoracotomy and irradiation for thoracic region; 7. pregnancy or lactation female patients; 8. no one for well-informed and concented because of psychological, family and society factors; 9. had history of other malignant tumors within 5 years except for non-melanoma cutaneous cancer, uterine cervix cancer in situ and curative early-stage carcinoma of prostate; 10. participants can not accept operation for other uncontrolled fators.
