Control group:Inject 100 ml 0.9% saline daily on day of surgery
Albumin group:Inject 100 ml 20% Albumin daily on day of surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were 18~80 years of age and of either sex; undergoing moderate or major gastrointestinal surgery (including but not limited to radical surgery for gastric cancer, radical surgery for rectal cancer and colonic cancer, distal partial pancreatectomy, etc); the preoperative plasma albumin concentration >=3.5 g/dL, hemoglobin >=9.0 g/dL; the liver function was Child A or B; the intraoperative blood loss was no more than 2000ml; with a plasma albumin concentration <3.0 g/dL after operation; patients should be able to understand study procedures and were willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who were allergic to albumin; 24-hour urine <500ml; patients who’re suffering from volume overload-induced pulmonary edema; patients being pregnant, lactating, preparing to be pregnant or lactating during the study
