Control Group:Intervention on life habit + placebo: 100 with dimethyldiguanide placebo tablet and 100 with pioglitazone placebo tablet

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-70years; 2. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form; 3. Central obesity (male: waistline >=90cm, female: waistline>=80cm) and accompanied with following two items at least: 3.1. 1.7mmol/L <= TG <5.65mmol/L and TC <7.0mmol/L; 3.2. 5.6mmol/L <=FPG<7.0mmol/L; 3.3. newly diagnosed diabetes with FPG<=8.0mmol/L; 3.4. 130mmHg <=systolic blood pressure<160mmHg and/or 85mmHg <=diastolic blood pressure <100mmHg or antihypertensive therapy adopted; 3.5. HDL-C<1.03mmol/L(male) or <1.29mmol/L (female).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. systolic blood pressure>=160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure>=100mmHg; 2. organic heart diseases such as frequent angina or after adopting CABG or PCI, cardiac dysfunction, enlargement of heart, acute myocardial infarction in recent half year and serious arrhythmia; 3. stroke and (transient ischemic attack); 4. hepartic dysfunction, ALT?AST are 2 times more than upper normal limits; 5. renal dysfunction, blood creatinine: female>=133 mmol/L, male>=135mmol/L; 6. chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 7. complicated with various acute and chronic infection, malignant tumor, mental disorder,addiction of drugs or alcohol; 8. in allergy or contraindication to the very medicine; 9. edema; 10. in medication of weight-reducing medicine.
