Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: RA patients aged from 18 to 65 years who met revised American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria for the diagnosis of RA were entered into the study after giving their written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disfunction of liver, severe cardiovascular, urinary, hematopoietic and endocrine system diseases, immunodeficiency, uncontrolled infection or active gastrointestinal tract diseases, vaccinated recently, gravida, women in lactation period or intending to become pregnant recently, hypersensitivity to CII, treatment with all other disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) within 30 days before enrolment.
