Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only those according to all of the follows will be included: 1. According to the diagnosis standard of zoster; 2. aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. period of onset of herpes between 1 and 7 days, and with no treatment of anti-virus and anti-pain; 4. Agreeing to join the study and signing on the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those according to any one of the follows will be excluded: 1. Belongs to special types of zoster,such as ophthalmic zoster, zoster auricularis, viscera-zoster, meningo-zoster, panmeristic zoster, zoster sine eruption, etc. 2. Impregnate or lactation Female; 3. anaphylaxis or drug hypersensibility; 4. Ulotic constit; 5. Complicating with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepar, nephros, hematopoietic system diseases, or sys-depletion, diabetes, cancer, psychotic, connective tissue disease, haemophile, hemorrhagic tendency; 6. Sever zoster in danger; 7. Treated with corticosteroid hormone or immune depressant in the recently 1 month.
