Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who have to undergo a gastro-intestinal surgery; 2. patients who have type2 diabetes meanwhile; 3. To be aged 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have severe heart or other organ diseases ubable to accept an operation.
