Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is ST-elevated acute myocardial infarction based by WHO standard; 2. Less than 1 month since the onset of ST-AMI; 3. Successfully vessel reconstructed and TIMI>3; 4. Age>18 years old; 5. Patients who sign informed consent form and can finish whole follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are complicated with other heart disease, including: Refractory sustained ventricle tachycardia; Severe heart block and not controlled by heart pace maker; Genetic heart disease; Primary heart valve disease; Active myocarditis; Pulmonary heart disease, etc.; 2. Liver or kidney dysfunction (ALT>80U/L, Cr>440mmol/L); 3. Patients with autoimmune disease or any other severe fatality disease; 4. Patients have contradictions of percutaneous coronary intervention; 5. Patients with psychiatric disease.
