Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) hepatocellular carcinoma patients; (2) hepatic function: Child-A, ICGR-15 <14%; (3) no more than 2 tumors and limted in semi-liver; (4) no metastasis out of the liver; (5) heart, lung, and kidney functions are normal, respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative imageology shows tumor thrombus in liver; (2) hepatic function: Child-B or Child-C; (3) caudal lobe tumor; (4) have organ diseases cannot tolerate the surgery;(5)chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy less than 6 weeks.
