Group A:No intervention. Begin spontaneous pregnancy immediately after inclusion
Group B:GnRHa (Zoladex) for 6 courses of treatment, then begin spontaneous pregnancy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old; 2. Regular menstruation for 3 months before inclusion; 3. Diagnosed as moderate or severe endometriosis (Stage III-IV) by laparotomy or laparoscopic operation; 4. No obstruction of oviduct; normal semen examination of the husbands; 5. No hormonotherapy before; 6. No participating in other drugs trials within latest 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe diseases of heart, lung, liver or kidney; 2. Malignant change of endometriosis; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 5. Allergic or no response to GnRHa.
