Interventions
IF group:Irinotecan 80 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 30 minutes, formyltetrahydrofolate 500 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 2 hours
and then use fluorouracil 2000 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 22 hours. The treatment is given once a week for 6 weeks and repeated after a week's interval.
POF group:Taxol 135 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 3 hours
then use formyltetrahydrofolate 400 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 2 hours and oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 2 hours
and then use fluorouracil 2400 mg/m2 ivgtt. for 46 hours. One treatment cycle lasts 14 days.

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 75 years old; Diagnosis of gastric cancer or adenocarcinoma at esophagogastric junction confirmed by histological examination; With metastatic foci (at least one >=20mm, or spiral CT >=10mm) that cannot be resected; ECOG PS<=2; have not received any palliative treatment, not received radiotherapy within 6 weeks; Not received operation within 3 weeks; With moderate hepatic, renal and haemological function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: With diagnosis of secondary tumor, neuropathy, cerebral and meningeal invasion, complete or complete intestinal obstruction and cannot use irinotecan.
