Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria: Decompensation Stage due to liver cirrhosis and Child A or B on Child-pugh grading system; 2. Anatomy Requirement: The diameters of splenic vein exceeding 1.0cm, and left renal vein exceeding 0.8cm detected by Doppler US or MRI of portal venous system. No thrombosis in portal system; no hepatofugal flow in portal vein.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Undefined diagnosis; 2. Local anatomic condition is too poor to fit.
