30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 30~75 and at least have one vessel with 20%~50% extent of coronary stenosis (not PCI target vessel) and the length of target vessel is more than 30mm; 2. LDL-C range from 125~210mg/dl in basic state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CAG suggests serious calcification and distortion; 2. Plaque locates in the entrance, distal part and venous bridge of coronary artery; 3. Three vessels with serious pathological changes need complete revascularization; 4. Myocardial infarction in acute phase and malignant tumor, malignant hematological disease and autoimmune disorder; 5. Severe liver disease, alleric to statins and other contraindications; 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding women.
