Acute pancretitis

Interventions

Group A:Otreotide 25g/h, contiuously intravenous adminitration for 24h. Therapy last for 3 days. Routine therapy is the same as group B

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients aged from 18 to 65; 2. Patients with obvious upper abdominal pain and serum amylase increased 3 times more than normal maximum level with/without enlargement of pancreas or peripancreatic fluid accumulation; 3. Patients without severe disease of heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system or hematopathy; 4. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute pancretitis and Appach II scale >8; 2. Women in pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients have other severe disease in GI tract, such as ulcerative colitis and Clone disease; 4. Patients were complicated with liver sclerosis, esophageal varices or carcinoma; 5. Patients were wine or drug abused, psychiatric disease or any other situation that is not suitable to the trial.
