Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe acute pancreatitis:"Guidelines for management and diagnosis on severe acute pancreatitis" established by Chinese medical association's pancreas research group of surgical branch in 2006; Accord with more that 3 items of Ranson parameters;APACHE-II score of 8; Balthazar CT score >5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breast-feeding females; Patients with advanced cancer; Patients in dying situation (considered to die within 12 hours); Patients with severe organ dysfunction; Patients participating in other therapy research that may influence this study.
