40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Functional trabecula cannot be seen in >=270 degree under gonioscopy; 2. Intraocular pressure >=21mmHg; 3. At least one eye that has definite peripheral anterior synechia (PAS) of more than 1/2 hours; 4. Age =40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary angle closure (ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) detects iridal and retro-iridal tumors or cysts, uveitis, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and other secondary glaucoma causing angle closure); 2. Complicated with psychosis that causes failure of laser therapy; 3. Having a history of or being in an episode of acute angle-closure glaucoma; 4. Having a plan to emigrate in recent 2 years; 5. Failure to follow-up due to serious systemic diseases or problems of family life, etc; 6. Having a history of intraocular surgery and penetrating trauma.
