6 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 6 and 16 years old; 2. Degree of myopia >-0.50 D and <-4.50 D, astigmatism degree <-1.50 D, binocular anisometropic degree <1 D; 3. Health state around the ocular region is normal; 4. Visual acuity can be corrected to 6/9 (20/30) or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with strabismus or amblyopia; 2. Patients with history of allergy and intolerable to tropicamide; 3. Patients with any ophthalmopathy; 4. Patients with history of ophthalmic surgery; 5. Patients with systematic diseases that may be related to myopia or influence the refractive status changes (such as Marfan Syndrome and diabetes mellitus, et al); 6. Patients who have to use anticholinergic drugs due to gastrointestinal and other diseases; 7. Patients who are taking part in other myopia-controlled research study; 8. Patients who wore orthokeratology lenses in the latest 2 weeks; 9. Patients who have accepted or are participating in the orthophoria treatment or vision training.
