Bronchiolitis

Interventions

Treatment group 2 (short period):Regular treatment plus administration of montelukast for 7 days
Control group:General regular treatment: anti-infection, oxygen uptake, cough suppression, sedation and inhalation therapy ofa2-receptor agonists ventolin
Treatment group 1:Regular treatment and inhalation therapy of budesonide
Treatment group 3 (long period):Regular treatment and inhalation therapy of Montelukast for 28 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The children with mild to moderate bronchiolitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. asthma history in past; 2. with administration of leukotriene receptor antagonists in recent 3 months; 3. combined with either following disease: respiratory failure and heart failure, asthma and asthmatoid bronchitis, congenital heart diseases, tuberculosis infection, bronchial dystrophy and foreign body of bronchus.
