Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with resectable primary hepatic carcinoma (Diameter >=5cm); 2. hepatic function: Child-A; 3. no metastasis out of the liver; 4. non apparent abnormality of the heart, lung, and kidney.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with the small primary hepatic carcinoma (Diameter<5cm); 2. hepatic function: Child-B or Child-C; 3. have metastasis; 4. have organ diseases cannot tolerate the surgery.
