Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with chronic discogenic low back pain without radiculopathy, the interval of pyramids normal or slightly narrow tested by X-ray, without surgical history for pyramids, no improvement in the physical therapy or non-steroids drugs treatment long than six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lumbar disc herniation, lumbar canal stenosis, neurologic disease, tumor, or infection were excluded
