Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females with PCO younger than 35 years old, at the d2 or d3 of the menstrual cycle, the basis number of follicles of bilateral ovaries should be more than 12 which examined by B-type ultrasound via vagina in d2 or d3 of the menstrual cycle; both BMI and sugar tolerance should be normal. At the d2 of the menstrual cycle, the basic FSH, LH, E2, T and P values should be normal. The indications of the assisted reproductive therapy should be female pelvic oviducal factors. Without IVF treatment history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: complicated with endometriosis or male factor infertility, repeat IVF-ET cycle
