Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: True bifurcation lesions (Lefevre type I and IV); visual estimation of main and branch vessel are respectively >2.5mm and 2.5mm; the leision length of main vessel can be covered by two overlapping drug eluting stents; unbifurcated leisions in other vessels except unbifurcted vessels can be entirely covered by one drug eluting stent; multiple bifurcation leisions are enrolled according to the principle of one leision in each vessel and every bifurcation leision is divided into certain technique and group by randomized allocation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Predicted survival time 3mg/dL, allergic to Aspirin or Ticlopidine or clopidogrel; allergic to paclitaxel or rapamycin; cerebrovascular events in recent 6 months etc.
