40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with uterus: 1. menolipsis within 3 months to 3 years, 40-60 ages; 2. E240IU/L; 3. with menopausal symptoms and requesting treatment; 4. without contraindication of HRT; 5. have signed informed consent. Women without uterus: 1. 40-60ages; 2. hysterectomia in 3 years; 3. E240IU/L; 4. with menopausal symptoms and requesting treatment; 5. without contraindication of HRT; 6. have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women with contraindications of HRT; 2. hysteromyoma >/=3cm; or endometriosis with significant signs and symptoms; or diabetes; or hypertension; or thromboembolic disease; or thrombophilia; or epilepsy; or asthma; or hyperprolactinemia; family history of breast cancer in first degree relatives; 3. severe or unstable system diseases: including liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine system, nerve system, immunity system, or hematological system, et al.; 4. material (wine or drug) abusage or dependence in the past 3 months; 5. women taken estrogen preparation or health-protective remedy for climacteric symptoms in the past 1 month; 6. the thickness of endometrium >/=0.5cm; abnormality of cervix scraping (except inflammation); 7. allergy to test drug; 8. have attended another clinical medicine test in the past 1 month.
