Control group:Placebo (TCM placebo)
TCM group:JWXYS Tang decoction, 250ml/day b.i.d
Conventional medicine (Western medicine) group:JWXYS Tang decoction, 250ml/day b.i.d and Surazepam
Integrated treatment group:Both Surazepam and placebo ,1# qn

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have been stimulated by psychological stressor; 2. Conform to the diagnosis of insomnia in TCM (with the insomnia diagnosis principle of GCP guideline); 3. Have the classical syndrome of sleeplessness: difficult to fall asleep, wake up easily and frequently, can not keep continual sleep after arousal; wake up too early; sleepy during daytime; less than 5-hour sleep per day; 4. Recurrent history of insomnia; 5. Conform to the diagnosis standard of psycho-physiological insomnia (with the diagnosis standard of ICSD, 2000).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inappropriate sleep habit, psychiatric disease, organic insomnia, insomnia caused by somatic disease, psychoactibe drugs disorder, drug related insomnia.
