Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed as subacute liver failure for the first time in our hospital, and recepted the first plasma exchange from July to August in 2014; Patients to be confirmed with lever failure according to the guidelines (2012 edition in China). Aged from 6 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of liver failure; Patients who are not diagnosed as subacute liver failure for the first time in our hospital, and do not recept the first plasma exchange from July to August in 2014; The age is not in the range from 6 to 70.
