Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects were classified as having stage I and II AS according to the modified New York Criteria. And they neither used biologics within 6 months nor used hormone therapy within 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: included regular vitamin use, inability to participate in exercise program, the presence of any other inflammatory diseases, and acute or chronic infectious diseases that could affect the antioxidant status. Furthermore, the patients who had performed regular exercise during the previous 3 months were excluded from the study.
