Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.acute on chronic liver failure with hepatoencephalopathy 3-4 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Miscellaneous cerebral edema other than hepatic encephalopathy. Hemorrhage caused by HCC
