early syphilis

Interventions

Ceftriaxone treatment group:one gram of Ceftriaxone administrated intramuscularly once a day for 10 days.
Doxycycline treatment group:100 milligrams dose of doxycycline administered orally, twice a day for 14 days.
benzathine penicillin G treatment group:2.4 million units of benzathine penicillin G administered intramuscularly once a week for 2 weeks.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The subject has untreated primary, secondary, or early latent syphilis, and has laboratory evidence of syphilis; 3. The subject has not received standard treatment for early syphilis; 4. The subject has signed written informed consent and will be able to comply with all aspects of the protocol; 5. The subject has a negative HIV antibody.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject has latent syphilis of unknown duration, late latent syphilis or evidence of neurosyphilis; 2. The subject is pregnant or lactating; 3. The subject has a history of severe systemic disease; 4. The subject is judged by the investigators to be unlikely to reliably participate in the study follow-up.
